What this site is
This website describes what SharpTrade does and publishes our research notes. It is a presentation of our work, not a trading platform: there is nothing to sign up for and no transaction can be executed here.
No offer, no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, an invitation to invest, or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it takes no account of your circumstances or objectives. Any decision you take after reading these pages is your own.
We work with institutional counterparties under separate written agreements. Nothing on this website creates one.
Research
Our research reflects our views at the time of writing and is published for general information. Markets change, and we are under no obligation to update a note once it is published. Figures and examples are illustrative. Past market behaviour does not indicate future results.
Working with us
Any engagement between SharpTrade and a counterparty is governed exclusively by a signed agreement between the parties. Sending an enquiry through this site, or receiving a reply from us, does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side.
Eligibility
Our services are directed at institutional and professional counterparties. They are not offered to retail investors, and they are not available where local law would prohibit them. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site complies with the laws that apply to you.
Using the site
You may read, quote and share what we publish here, provided you credit SharpTrade and do not alter the meaning. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it systematically, resell our research, or attempt to interfere with the site or the systems it runs on. The SharpTrade name, mark and the design of these pages remain our property.
