This policy explains what information SharpTrade Ltd. collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is handled. SharpTrade Ltd. is registered in the British Virgin Islands and acts as the data controller for information submitted here.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. There are no accounts, no logins and no tracking pixels on this site.

• 01Details you enter in the contact form: your name, company, the email address or messenger handle you give us, and your message. If you opened the form from a market card, we also record which one, so we know what your enquiry is about.
• 02Anything you choose to send us directly by email or Telegram.
• 03Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type. These are technical records, not analytics profiles.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to discuss a possible working relationship, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not send marketing emails and we do not build profiles for advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and your consent in submitting the form.

Who else sees it

Three service providers process data on our behalf:

• 01Formspree, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• 02Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
• 03Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on these pages.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where we are required to by law. Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Correspondence connected to a signed agreement is kept for as long as our record-keeping obligations require.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. That is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to d@sharptrade.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
